Set between the deep blue sea and the first slopes of the Albères, our campsite on the Côte Vermeille enjoys a rare location. The beach is around twenty minutes away on foot, and the coastal path running the length of the Côte Vermeille begins just a few kilometres away.
This location gives you the best of both worlds: the freedom of the open sea on one side, the cool of the Catalan hills on the other. You can alternate beach days, mountain hikes and visits to listed villages without ever having to travel far.

To house you during your Catalan getaway, we offer a selection of mobile homes to rent in Argelès-sur-Mer suited to every group. Four to ten beds depending on the model, air conditioning as standard, a practical kitchen area and a sleeping area designed for restful nights.
Every rental extends outdoors thanks to a covered terrace with garden furniture. This is where the best holiday moments happen: a morning coffee in the shade, an aperitif on the way back from the beach, a late dinner under the Catalan stars. Three ranges of mobile homes (Pyrénées, Evolution, Family) and a wheelchair-accessible version await you, with weekly rates from €200.90.
Swimming and lazing about at the heart of the campsite
Although the Mediterranean coast is just a short walk away, you sometimes fancy a quiet day at the campsite. Good news: Le Lagon d’Argelès is the only campsite with a lagoon in the area. Our twin water area makes all the difference.
A 1,000 m² stretch of turquoise water
Picture a fine sandy beach surrounding a large pool of crystal-clear water, with straw parasols and sun loungers as far as the eye can see. That is exactly what our lagoon offers, designed to recreate the feel of a tropical cove right at the heart of our campsite on the Côte Vermeille. The bottom slopes gently down to 1.50 m in the middle, making it suitable for young children and confident swimmers alike.

On the sporty side, our heated pool stretches over 150 m² beside the lagoon. Its controlled temperature extends the swimming season and lets you enjoy aquagym, aquafitness or aquazumba sessions without shivering. Team-game lovers even compete in water polo tournaments run by our activity leaders.

The atmosphere and services at Le Lagon d’Argelès
The daily programme leaves no room for boredom. At our campsite on the Côte Vermeille, the pace is set from the morning with fitness sessions and carries on late into the evening. The Mizzy club looks after 6 to 12-year-olds with craft workshops, water games and a mini-disco, while the teen club takes care of 12 to 17-year-olds through sports challenges and evenings of their own.
For grown-ups, our family campsite in Argelès-sur-Mer offers salsa, bachata and zumba taster sessions, along with pétanque, table tennis and volleyball tournaments. Sunday evening’s welcome sangria sets the tone for the week. As for food, the bar-restaurant and its poolside snack bar take care of everything, from paella nights to afternoon ice creams and takeaway dishes.
A little tip from us: make the most of the Blue Flag beaches just minutes away for your paddleboarding or kayaking sessions, especially the Plage des Pins and the Plage de la Marenda.

Our campsite only offers mobile-home rentals. We do not have pitches for tents, caravans or motor homes.
Is it possible to book a weekend stay?
Absolutely, you can book accommodation for a weekend or even a few nights at Le Lagon d’Argeles. However, please note that during the high season, in July and August, bookings are only possible for one-week stays.
